There are three recent cosmetic feature packages added to the BRT variant. These changes have such an impact on the appearance but do not make many functional changes to the bus. These features include a re-designed front cap, which combines a one piece windshield and quarter triangular windows, new headlights and matching taillights, dash, bumper, rear cap. |
In addition, for a nice seamless side appearance, there are flush side windows that can be integrated. As an another option, you can add rear and front roof fairings.
For a big environmental, community and economic impact you can order these Low Floor models with Hybrid variants. The BRT variants can be found on 30',35', and 40' Low Floor models. The 30' Low Floor models overall length is 31', height is 125'', and overall weight up to 300 lbs. The 35' Low Floor model has an overall length of 37', height of 125'' as well, and overall weight adding up to 300 lbs like the 30' model.
|
Last but not least the 40' Low Floor models overall length is 41', the height is 125'', and overall weight up to 300 lbs again. The remaining standard specifications and dimensions are identical to the standard GILLIG Low Floor 30' ,35' and 40' models. These are the three basic models to choose from in the Gillig BRT bus. |
